Scott Duenow has 25 years of experience working on all aspects of architecture, including new construction, additions, and adaptive reuse, with a special emphasis on the restoration and preservation of historic buildings.

His award-winning work at PBDW includes the renovation of the New-York Historical Society, the restoration of the Louis Armstrong House Museum, and the adaptive reuse of Fordham University’s Duane Library.

Current projects include the restoration of the Palace Theatre as part of Time Square’s exciting TSX Broadway development, further renovations and the continued, long-term, institutional revitalization of the New-York Historical Society as well as real estate planning studies for the Archdiocese of New York and the restoration of a Carnegie Library on Staten Island.

Mr. Duenow received his Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Iowa State University. He is a Trustee of the Preservation League of New York State and is a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards and the Association for Preservation Technology.
