Vikrant Dalvi AIA, LEED AP
Associate
Vikrant has close to 20 years of experience with the design and management of a wide range of project types. He first joined PBDW in 2012 and has been an integral part of their design team ever since.
At PBDW, Vikrant has primarily focused on the design and management of the firms’ commercial, hospitality, residential and mixed-use projects. Some of his notable projects include 20 Times Square- EDITION Hotel and TSX Broadway, both of which had challenging and complex NYC urban site constraints.
Before joining PBDW, Vikrant was a key team member in the design and execution of a variety of projects—large-scale performance spaces, cultural institutions, and mixed-use high-rises, as well as the Amazon HQ2 in Arlington NOVA-DC.
Vikrant’s early formative years growing up in Mumbai and life as an adult in NYC, have both influenced and shaped his design instincts, and sparked an interest in the intricacies and beauty of urban environments and what it means to build there. Vikrant believes that well-synthesized architecture exudes a strong connection with the community and our environment. Highly skilled in understanding complex project requirements, design parameters, and team dynamics, Vikrant works closely with the project design teams and the stakeholders to ensure meaningful outcomes through multi-disciplinary design.
Vikrant received his Master's in Architectural Design from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) and a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Mumbai. He is a LEED accredited professional and a licensed NY architect registered with the AIA.
